Our Tungsten Carbide balls are composed of superior quality tungsten carbide and binder cobalt by powder metallurgy technology.

Our cemented carbide balls are marked by high hardness, good wear resistance and bending strength. TC ball is usually used in harsh conditions, and can perfectly substitute steel balls. We can also provide products in different sizes and grades to meet our clients` requirements.

Production process: dosing, wet-Milling, pressing, HIP sintering, quality test, finished product, packaging.

Tungsten carbide balls are used where extreme hardness and wear resistance is required; in such applications as bearings, ball screws, valves and flow meters. But on the other hand, when Tungsten Carbide Powder is mixed with other metal powder, by adding TC ball to grind them, finally we can get uniform particle sizes powder.
